Hardford Distributor

Omar Thorton

Newly-released 911 calls show that the gunman who shot up a Connecticut beer distributorship and killed eight people on Tuesday terrified employees during a 45-minute rampage, in which police say he may have targeted and chased specific victims before taking his own life.

Someone got shot, I got shot," Steven Hollander, the vice president of Hartford Distributors, told a 911 operator as he hid in his office. "We need the cops."
Hollander told the operator he knew the gunman.
"His name is Omar Thornton. He's a black guy, and get the cops here right away, I'm bleeding all over the place," said Hollander. "We need cops right away."
Hollander is believed to be one of the first of Thornton's victims and one of the few to survive after being shot. He was treated at a Hartford hospital for a gunshot wound to his neck.

Wale :More about nothing download

“Attention: Deficit” wasn’t the gigantic hit that DMV rapper Wale hoped it would be and on the first song of his new mixtape he offers multiple explanations as to why: people simply aren’t acknowledging his greatness, the album was undershipped, the label picked the wrong single - one he didn’t even choose.
So on the brand new “More About Nothing” he gets back to basics - straightforward rapping and, uh, “Seinfeld” samples. The new mixtape is a sequel to Wale’s most-beloved piece of work, 2008’s “Mixtape About Nothing,” which established him as an online favorite and seemed to set him up for a national breakthrough.

Ovine

Ovine refers to sheep and sheep like animals. It is based on Latin. Ovine can refer either to the animal, or to the act of being sheeplike.
Ovine meat is called lamb when from younger animals and mutton when from older ones. Sheep continue to be important for wool and meat today, and are also occasionally raised for pelts, as dairy animals, or as model organisms for science.
Sheep-raising has a large lexicon of unique terms which vary considerably by region and dialect. Use of the word sheep began in Middle English as a derivation of the Old English word scēap; it is both the singular and plural name for the animal. A group of sheep is called a flock, herd or mob. Adult female sheep are referred to as ewes, intact males as rams or occasionally tups, castrated males as wethers, and younger sheep as lambs. Many other specific terms for the various life stages of sheep exist, generally related to lambing, shearing, and age.

Brett Favre

Even though Brett Favre has told some of his teammates he's calling it a career, the Minnesota Vikings are hoping for one last change of heart from the quarterback who just can't stay retired.

Favre has started to contact teammates and Vikings officials to say he will not return for a 20th NFL season, tight end Visanthe Shiancoe said on Tuesday evening.

"He told a couple guys on our team he's going to retire," Shiancoe said after practice. "He hasn't told me yet. I'm going to check my phone right now, but it hasn't been said publicly yet so I don't know what to believe."

Earlier Tuesday, a person with knowledge of the situation told The Associated Press that the 40-year-old Favre contacted the Vikings to say he wouldn't return this season because his injured left ankle is not responding as well to surgery and rehabilitation as he had hoped. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because no official announcements were made.

Coach Brad Childress said Favre had not told him directly that he plans to retire as of Tuesday morning. The coach would not confirm Favre's status with the team, calling it a "fluid situation," and he was unavailable for comment after the evening practice. Owner Zygi Wilf declined to comment.

Favre denied sending any such messages.Cook told the Associated Press that Favre will visit his surgeon, Dr. James Andrews, next week for an evaluation.
